Lucas Guebert is a Senior at Red Bud High School. He is currently serving as the co-CEO for the startUP class. He has been a resident of Red Bud his entire life. He is involved in FFA, Monroe County 4-H, and 4-H Federation. He is employed by Steve Menke with Menke Mowing and Baling. He is very excited to be involved in the startUP program this year and he can't wait to see where it can take him in the business world.

Amanda Kennon is a Senior at Chester High School. She is the class secretary for this year’s Randolph County startUp class. For the program this year, she is planning to make candles. She would eventually like to use candles to make centerpieces for weddings! She is on the Chester High School Dance Team and this is her third year on the team. After high school, she is planning to go to a college where she will be able to continue her dance career. She joined startUp for the ability to meet many different business owners as well as being able to run her own business!

Kinsli McCartney is a Senior at Chester High School. She is the Thank You Manager for the startUp class this year. She plays softball and does various other extracurricular activities at CHS. For her business, Kinsli is planning to make floral bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres. She saw a need for a florist in the community and decided it would be a great opportunity for her.

Donnavan Mitchell is a Senior at Red Bud High School. Donnavan is serving as the Marketing Manager for the Randolph County startUp program. He has always tried to be a hard worker and to have a good work ethic. At the age of 17, he joined the Army. He joined the split ops program that allowed him to go to basic training before his senior year in high school. Basic training was such a defining moment in his life. He is truly satisfied with what he gained from the experiences and intense training.

Nolan Mudd is a Senior at Red Bud High School. Nolan is the current CFO for the Randolph County startUp class. He is very active in multiple activities such as Baseball, National Honors Society, Drama Club, Band, FBLA, and even more. He truly cherishes time spent benefiting his school and local community, as well as his part-time job at Uptown Bar & Grill. Above all else, nothing will ever stop his passion for playing music, especially guitar and drums. He also assists in running the sound for favorite local bands at Vice’s Bar & Grill. This year, he looks forward to contributing to the Randolph County StartUp program.

James Pillers is a Senior at Sparta High School. He is serving as co-CEO for the startUP program this year. He participates in cross country, golf, basketball, and baseball. He is also involved in many clubs and is the current student body president at SHS. He is looking forward to learning more about businesses in Randolph County and how they work and operate.
